HyReGen Energy Private Limited (HEPL) is an integrated solar energy company based in India, specializing in providing solar solutions to commercial and industrial energy consumers. HEPL leverages deep industry expertise to deliver innovative and sustainable solar solutions.
HEPL develops, engineers, procures, constructs, and operates solar power projects. We are committed to building and managing a portfolio of 500 MWp of solar power projects by 2028, driving the future of clean energy in India. Our offerings include Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), Installation and Commissioning (I&C), and the supply of Balance of System (BOS) components.
We embody a vision for a greener tomorrow, firmly believing that renewable energy is pivotal to India’s future. Led by a team of professionals and market leaders, we have executed rooftop and ground-mounted Solar projects across the country in previous roles.

With over 15 years of experience, including more than 10 years in the renewable energy sector, Sushant has an impressive track record of driving growth and strategy at leading companies such as SunSource Energy, Inox Wind, Enel, Jindal Steel and Power, and Ester Industries. Having worked at the CXO level, Sushant has successfully scaled their previous company 10x, growing from 30 MW to 300 MW. They led the successful raising of USD 250 million in equity and over USD 150 million in debt. With strong relationships across MNCs, PSUs, NBFCs, private banks, and top advisory firms, has built and mentored high-performance teams, consistently driving business growth in the renewable energy sector.

Having collaborated with leading global firms and multilateral organizations such as ADB and the World Bank, Prashant has successfully led strategy, transformation, procurement, and performance improvement projects. Notable achievements include driving a PBT improvement of over USD 4 million annually for a Korean conglomerate in India, optimizing procurement strategies for a global steel manufacturer, and providing strategic and transaction support for a large Indian infrastructure developer’s USD 120 million project.
